Studio M Miami has become an integral force in the ever changing Architectural landscape of South Florida since the company‘s Founding Principal, Joe Mizener, opened the firm in 2010. As one of Florida’s most dynamic art leaders, Kathryn has been featured on CNN and HGTV, in Departures Magazine, MIAMI Magazine, Ocean Drive and The Miami Herald. Over almost twenty years, Kathryn, along with husband Dan, has built one of Florida’s most important contemporary collections. In 2008, she founded The Fountainhead Residency, bringing artists from around the world to live and work in Miami. To date, The Fountainhead has hosted nearly 300 artists from over 22 countries. That same year, Kathryn launched The Fountainhead Studios, providing affordable workspace to Miami-based artists. After expanding 4 times, she now has over 25,000 sq. ft of studio space.

Through her collecting and philanthropic efforts, Kathryn has developed deep and lasting relationships with artists, galleries, museums and thought leaders worldwide. Due to ever-increasing demand for her wisdom and connections, Kathryn launched her art advisory service, Your Fountainhead. She helps budding and established collectors with personalized, behind the scenes access to artists, artworks and galleries. She also serves developments and businesses with brand initiatives, partnerships and unique experiences that incorporate artists and fine art.
