Plumb Partners was borne out of Owner Paul Tolles’ desire to return to his first passion of building fine custom homes. Prior to opening Plumb Partners, President & CEO Paul Tolles owned and operated Merkury Development, a Florida and Connecticut licensed general contracting firm, for over 20 years. Merkury Development specialized in public works projects and commercial construction, completing more than 100 notable construction contracts during that period.
